First of all, you need a computer. I suggest you a prebuilt computer on Walmart. I'd personaly take this one :

Trust me, this toaster can run Rainbow Six Siege at maximum 1.5 fps on low. With it's 5400 rpm hard drive, your game will take forever to load. What about it's 2 GB of 1333mhz RAM? The game just won't launch.

So, you've got your computer. Now in-game with your brand new cumputer, you realize you can get 1.5 fps on low, that's too much isn't it? It's at this moment I become f*cking useful. You need to download the Ultra HD pack for Rainbow Six Siege. This ♥♥♥♥ will make your fps so low, that you might get an erection, be aware. Start your game (if you can) and go in the video settings to change everything to ultra.

Start a match, aren't you fully erected now? Yes you are, enjoy!

*the goal of this guide is to give you low fps, not to give you an erection by the way*

Oh and if a burnt toast comes out of your toaster and stops working, it's not my fault, I just decided it won't be my fault.
