A Slightly Different Katarin

Playing around with different looks for Katarin and ended up with this.
Gives her hair. Tweaks her figure a little. Gives her a new collar for those Kislev winters.
Texture change to fill in the open back of her dress, to balance out with the collar.
Includes the face texture from the full lipstick and clear eyes mod.
Also includes porthole/unit card changes to match her new appearance.
