first of all unplug your keyboard & mouse
turn off your monitor
you can also turn off your computer (not recommended)
Deranking
start a match, type +left into the console and pray you don't get banned for griefing

IMPORTANT: find a friend to derank, we don't want you to get kicked out of the match, right?

funnily enough i play 3 games for like a day and rank up to s1 then stop playing for a few months and lose my rank and its a constant circle of deranking and ranking up.
