Fix for double speed gameplay

I have seen lots of new negative reviews and concerns based around the 2x speed bug. This is a result of 2k trying to fix the 30fps I think by uncapping the frame-rate on all gameplay. This can easily be fixed by enabling the TIMED GAME UPDATE, setting found in the options. It is found on the extra - graphic settings panel found on the main menu. Hopefully this fixes the issue for people, and will allow the entrances and finishers to actually look nice now.

idk what happend, but now my game wont even open, i just get a white screen and then it crashes. how has it become worse???

I use RivaTuner to cap it at 60fps and I found out it actually doesnt cap the character creation at 30fps. Havent tested everything but overall it looks much better than the game's fps cap

i have tried many fixes for the last year , i have played this game 10 hours in a single year and half of that was trying to fix this. I have been denied multiple refund request over the year. anyone have any luck
