[B41] Water and power controls

A simple mod that allows turning water and power on and off again via chat commands or via context menu. This does not save the original values so if this is important to you, the obvious usage would be for after the water / power is already off.



SINGLE PLAYER: use the context menu when right clicking anywhere in the world. If you are using bikinitools you will find Water and Power controls there.

MULTIPLAYER: You need to be admin to do this. Just enter this in the normal chat box or use the context menu entries and you're set.




Yes. What the game considers "powered" only applies for pre-baked building definitions, meaning things that were there when the world was made are powered, not the rest and especially not player construction.



Yes, absolutely. I don't know how long water and power will stay on, but I don't think anybody is ever going to find out because it is a LONG time. In theory it should be infinite. The sandbox settings used will stay, so even after you remove the mod, the changes made here will stay too.



The original idea for how to turn on the power in a shut down world came from talks with TwentyFree.
