In this guide, you will learn the strat to defeat Marie, the final boss. This guide is for people that doesn't really knows her reactions.

THIS IS A BASIC GUIDE, using MY tactics.

Okay so let's start ! :)

Marie has 3 phases.

The 1st phase, which she only throw things at you.
The 2nd phase, which her shadow attacks you from any side of the screen.
The 3rd phase, which Marie transforms herself into an energy ball and fly + She attacks you by throwing things at you and sometimes her shadow might attack you aswell.

Okay so, first thing first, what you gotta do is to get very close to her and spam your attacks. SHE WILL throw things at you from left, right and top side of the screen. Just avoid them ! She will also throw skulls. It doesn't really do that much damage, but if you can avoid them, do it. DON'T go far away from her.

This is the most important phase. THIS PHASE will decide if you have enough health for phase 3 or not. In this phase, she will summon a shadow. This shadow will attack you from left, right, top or bottom side of the screen. The shadow will also protect Marie. If you get close to Marie for a couple of seconds, he will attack you. SO, the best thing to do here, is to: Attack Marie a couple of times at her LEFT/RIGHT side, and then switch side.

Ex: I've hit Marie 2-3-4 times at her LEFT side, so now, I will jump to her RIGHT side and hit her again 2-3-4 times. ETC.

Marie's attacks only goes in the way she is looking at. Keep in mind that the shadow may attack you from any side of the screen, so try to avoid him.

THIS is the "Luck based & Health based" phase. Marie will float in the air, so you will have to jump to hit her... Meh, kinda easy... but not really.

While she floats in the air, she will throw skulls at you. Like a lot... That's why I consider it's Health based. If you don't have enough health, it's sure you will die. You don't need to be full health, you just need to have "enough". You will see what "enough" is while fighting the boss. Also, she will throw things at you from any side of the screen. She may summon her shadow aswell. Be careful ! Don't get too greedy. Try to stay as close as possible. If you're too far away, you will probably not be able to be near her again. Try to be careful.
