Halo Unique Units - Revenant

Adds Halo: Reach's Revenant to my previous Covenant civilization as a new Unique Unit, replacing the Tank.


=====Description=====
The Revenant is a powerful ranged Unit that engages its enemies using a ranged attack rather than a melee attack, preventing itself from coming under retaliatory fire in order to enhance its battlefield survivability. With a range of 1, it is capable of bombarding enemy Units in adjacent tiles without taking damage in return, and a Ranged Strength of 85 ensures that no foe can withstand its bombardment for long. In addition, a matching Combat Strength value of 85 allows the Revenant to defend itself with ease when coming under attack by enemy forces. Perhaps one of the greatest strengths of the Revenant however is its mobility, as it is equipped with a whopping six points of Movement - one point higher than its vanilla counterpart - and it also receives the Ignore Terrain Cost promotion, allowing it to ignore terrain penalties and move across rough terrain with unprecedented speed. Together with the Move After Attacking promotion of its vanilla counterpart, the result is an incredibly efficient mobile Unit that excels in various forms of combat, from direct engagements against enemy forces to hit-and-run attacks to wear down stronger forces. Its only downside is the fact that it requires one Aluminum resource to build - but mass production of the Revenant is no challenge for the most zealous of Covenant commanders as its Faith cost to purchase is nearly half that of its vanilla counterpart.
