Reusing the wiki for the original MGMA
The English language wiki for Monster Girls and the Mysterious Adventure is here:

Because the sequel has so much in common with the original, I think it makes more sense to use the same wiki for both games than to create a new wiki and copy everything over.

It looks like bracelets, arrows, fruits, books, staffs, gifts, and traps are mostly the same between the two games, though there are some new items, and there are probably some from the original game that didn't make it into the sequel. As such, the wiki is basically adding a column to tables to say what the item was called in the original game and also what it is called in the sequel. I suspect that they're just different translations of the same Japanese name.

Swords and shields are mostly the same items between the two games, but are completely rebalanced. As such, I've made columns to compare the item names, but separate tables for each game to give their stats. Thus far, the individual pages for particular swords or shields aren't yet updated.

For now, I'm mostly leaving the sword marks and shield marks alone, and haven't tried to update prefixes at all. If the sequel has something analogous to Compounder Barbara from the original game, then that will add a whole lot of marks that I haven't seen yet. Similarly, if the sequel has something analogous to Appraiser Nibi, then that will make it much easier to see the prefixes.

In the original game, I was able to find all of the prefixes by buying ten clubs, having Nibi reveal the stats for all of them, and then closing the game without saving to get back the money. Then repeat that dozens of times, and do the same with wooden shields. But you can't do that until you unlock Nibi.

It looks like the monsters in the sequel will mostly be the same as in the original game, though there are some new ones, and some from the original aren't yet available in the sequel. I'm using the same page for both, but having separate sections for the two games. That comparison also makes it clear how the graphics have been upgraded.

The basic mechanics page is mostly updated for differences between the two games. The town is very different between the games, however. I'll eventually create a new Hope Village page for the sequel, but haven't done that yet.

The sequel also needs a page for construction materials. In the original game, there were only three items (timber, stone, and magic ball), and I stuck them under "others". In the sequel, there are many, and they should get their own page.

The wiki is open for anyone to edit, so you could edit in what you've found yourself. If you do that, then please check on the price tag as well as the item effect, though. From your description, the "No Hunger Bracelet" and "Friend Resume Bracelet" were also in the original game as the "Stamina Bracelet" and "Girls Defenser", respectively.
