Changes the music that plays when you are approaching AND when you startle a witch to the much creepier song, "Pendulum", from the anime Shiki.

I know there are some pretty great mods out there that change the music for a witch when startled, so if you want to use one of those but still use this song for when you're simply approaching a witch, I also made a seperate mod titled "Shiki Witch Music (Unstartled Only)".

This is my first mod, so I appreciate any feedback you can give me. If there are any bugs please let me know so I can try to find a way to fix them. I'm pretty inexperienced at this.
