First method:

So for the first method you go into your steam library right click csgo and click delete.
Now due to you not having the game anymore you cant miss any shots not even one
but try not to download the game again or else you might miss shots again

Second method

For the second method you close the game and.
Now you cant miss any shots due to you not being in the game
but try not to start the game due to that opening the possibility of missing shots aigain

Third Method

By breaking your pc you wont be able to play csgo and therefore cant miss any shots
but try to stay away from other pcs with csgo or else you might miss a shot again
