GTA IV & EFLC Weapons For NPCs

Those weapons were made specifically for NPCs, you can't use them by any means.

- Go to NPCs tab in Spawn Menu
- In bottom-left corner will be option to select which weapon will be given to NPCs on spawn.
- Open Context Menu (C by default) or Spawn Menu (Q by default)
- In upper-left corner will be NPCs tab.
- In it there's Weapon Override option
- Place your mouse on it and you will be greeted with not only GTA IV ones, but any other weapons which are compatible with NPCs.

If you want to use this weapons for posing or something similar, i recommend you to use this addon, which was made specifically for this purpose (I took models from it and cruelly cut them from everything unused). It also has more flexibility in terms of bodygroups & stuff.

Every single weapon for NPCs from Grand Theft Auto 4 and it's expansions, including CQC, grenade launchers, Molotov coctails and even sticky bombs! Weapons names were taken directly from the game.
In Entities tab you can find every weapon for spawning, so players or citizens could pick them up. If you want to spawn NPCs with those weapons already in hands, then please read blue text above.

In Utilities tab you also can find my section (Tak - GTA IV NPC Weps Settings), in which you can change some of the parameters, like damage, fire density, what weapon should do on owner's death, T-Pose Fix and some other cool things.

To my disappointment there's still some flaws and bugs, CQC for example can be used properly only by Metropolice.
If you stumble across some other errors and bugs, don't be shy and report them in corresponding discussion section.
Also, if you want to use something from this addon in your own creation... well, I can't stop you, but please, at least mark me as a creator or contact me first.
