Here are a few things you should consider before you dive into the guide:

• Egon/Soren and Karel's routes are identical in the beginning (so you can literally pick up an old save), and Pious/Evelyn's route can be accessed from theirs, if you so wish. You can absolutely drop characters like hot potatoes, and there are hidden interactions between them if you do - and there are also no negative repercussions.
  
  
• I personally believe that the affinity meter goes like this, from "best" reaction, to "worst reaction" descending: Tempted -> Thrilled -> Amused -> Pleased -> Interested -> Slightly Interested -> Bored -> Annoyed -> Bothered -> Angry -> Furious.
  
  Therefore, if you'd like to do your own playthrough without relying on a guide, you should attempt to make your love interests or companions Tempted at all times, and never Furious. Play it like top-trumps: You may not always be able to obtain a thrilled response - sometimes Interest or Slightly Interested is the "best" option, and that's fine. F4 and F5 are your friends.
  
  
• All romance routes listed below are the "Revolutionary" ending as standard with all your friends alive/present, with whatever love interest also alive. This is widely considered the "good" ending. I will also be covering the other achievements and endings in seperate sections. I recommend doing them, as it is my personal opinion that some of the other endings are cooler/better.
  
  
• The first 5 pages (excluding page 3 CG 1 + 2, and page 4 CG 13) are all obtainable by following the revolutionary ending for Pious, Egon and Karel's romances. This includes 2 variation CGs for Pious, and 6 variation CGs for Karel, which will be noted in their route sections. Egon does not have variation CGs, and therefore no "missable" CGs. The first 6 pages of CGs will be in the unmissable CG subheading so you can check as you play.
  
  
• It is possible to get all romance achievements in one playthrough, albeit it is impossible to get all romance CGs in one playthrough. But be advised that whoever you spend your last moments with before the raid begins will be the "ending" interest and the epilogue will treat it as you dating that specific person.
  
  
• Egon's romance route (w/ revolutionary ending) is a good standard route to follow if you want to be nice to everyone, but ignore the romance. Or if you simply want to explore the game's choices and you're not sure where to start diverging from.
  
  
• Pious and Karel's routes can be accessed by Egon's route, which I believe is a good "starter" romance to experience alongside the story. Because of this, Egon's route guide will include save points that you can load when you start the other routes in this guide. But only two. It won't be complicated. I get super confused with guides with multiple save states, so this'll largely just be the "answers", and therefore very long. Use the heading navigation on the right to find what you're looking for faster.

This one is a little more janky. On this route, you will unlock all the romance achievements available, and end with the Revolutionary ending with all your friends alive.

Disclaimer: You cannot end up with all of them, and for the most part, the characters will never talk about your relationships with the other characters, and you will never have to face the consequences of playing them all like a fiddle. The only consequence is that you cannot get every CG for each interest.

All the endings can be split into 4 groups, and you can check what ending is predicted when you read Chapter 12 (which begins at the end of Capricorn's conversation with Aaron).. Either: The Revolutionary, The Revolter, The Herald or The Contained.

There is also a 5th and 6th, more complex ending that don't technically unlock any of them. (Although they are classified as Revolter endings when you view them in the save menu)

If you want the most "concise" way to get all these choices, @Hanni does a great achievements guide with specialised save and load slots to give you the optimal process to getting all the achievements - quickly. However, for the purpose of this specific guide, I will not be concise.

This ending is effectively, you do everything "right", and everyone likes you (Note, Pious does not need to like you for this ending). In particular, Egon and Kieran must like you. Because this can be difficult to get right first time, I recommend following any of the four romance routes listed above. If you don't want to romance a particular character and would still like the story - simply press the gray options on the flirting choices whenever necessary. There is no penalty to not romancing people.

To ensure it's also the "Rag Tag Bunch of Misfits" ending - make sure Kieran likes you and comes with you. Both these endings are obtainable with all the romance routes.

Because this route is so influenced by who likes you, rather than your choices, you may see different chaos choices in different romance routes. These will all still end with the revolutionary route, regardless.

Character Guide:
Egon: Likes when you are sarcastic and rude to him, but in a funny way. But he also likes when you know to be serious with him.
Kieran: Loves you being mean to him, and swearing. It's all a big joke to him, and he hates you being serious or weak.
Karel: Likes you asking questions, and not being ignorant. He doesn't like you being unnecessarily rude to people for no reason. He can also joke around, much not as much as Egon.
Pious: Likes when you ask questions, but not the ones with obvious answers. She's very empathetic and gets upset if you disregard people. You sadly upset her quite a lot siding with choices for Kieran or Egon.
Wiz: Likes jokes, but she also likes when Lana is vulnerable with her. They're sisters - treat her like a loved one/best friend.

For chaos choices, you need:

The point of these two endings is that you put Lana in a position that is too important to kill with her actions, similarly to the revolutionary ending, only you don't go with Egon to destroy Apheta, and you destroy Eris instead.

I actually really like this ending a lot, especially the little conversations you can have with Egon and Karel at the end. "Kisses."

"The Herald" + "Head for the Hills"
For this ending, I recommend using the "cassanova" outlined route above, but only outside of the chaos choices. (Chaos choices will have Lana with a chain design next to the choice) This will also unlock the "Now you see me, now you don't" achievement.

For this ending, it kind of feels like you make all the wrong choices.

It is important to note that you must raise your affection with Egon, but never date him for this one. The best way to do this is flirt, but don't click the "It's called a kiss" option, and then ignore the second private meeting with him (Make sure you're kind to Karel, so you can invite him to drink some wine instead). You can meet him before the party, and before the raid, but the point is Egon now has doubts when he is asked by Sin, because he didn't get with Lana yet.

This will also unlock the "It's personal now" and "necessary sacrifice" achievements.

The point of these endings is that Lana isn't strong enough to do much by herself.

"The Revolter" + "Over My Dead Body"
In this one, Egon does not trust you enough to tell you his plan at the end. Consistently do things that go against him and weaken your position as a rebellion leader and a howler bargaining tool, but still agree to help him in the end.

The best method is just press the middle option whenever you have to choose between three options. If you're unsure what to pick for the branching options, a safe path is: Kiss Egon, explore Peon 5 with Egon, Send Karel in, and then turn around, then sleep with Pious, then pick Karel.

Because this can be trickier to get - if you have a fight with Egon at the scrap ladies place on Peon-5, you are on the right track to this ending. However, as far as I'm aware, the only person that needs to like you in this playthrough is Kieran, and he will like you automatically if you press the middle option every choice.

For this ending, Lana doesn't help Egon, but that certainly doesn't mean she's helping Libera either. I recommend this one a lot. It was one of my favourite ends.

"The Contained" + "Hot off the press" + "Off the Record"
For this ending, I recommend using the "cassanova" outlined route above, but only outside of the chaos choices. (Chaos choices will have Lana with a chain design next to the choice)

"The Contained" Bad End
This a bad ending, similar to the one in The Herald route which is also just bad choices all the way down. This is also the route for the difficult CG: Pg7 CG10 - otherwise known as Karel's VisionX CG, which players have reported difficulty obtaining. It's a simple route. Click the third option for everything, don't flirt with anyone, and make all the bad, selfish choices.This is essentially to stop Karel trusting you.

For chaos choices, you need:

This route unlocks CG #10 on page 7, Karel's visionX:

There is only one achievement that does not need to occur on any specific route. And that is "Personnel Casualty" albeit I'm sure most of us have gotten it by accident in the past.

It is an inevitable Pious "Bad End" on either the Revolutionary, Herald or Revolter route if you go with Egon to shut down Apheta - but do not have a high enough affinity with Kieran, or you tell him to go with Wiz instead.

There are therefore two missable CGs from it, including Pious' VisionX CG.
