Week 17: At the start of the ball there is a series of tests (presence, elegance, composuere, decoration). Once one of these tests is successfully the series ends. All four tests failing raises the risk for a civil war.

Week 18: The intrigue test at the end of this week is important, because you get the chance to direct your intelligence service. More infos in the chapter More help.

Tests in Week 33: Tournament
This week is a little bit special, because you get different tests in a possible duell with Kevan depending on your choice how to participate in the tournament. I think if you've done something exhausting like jousting or fencing you get an additional test about your athletic skills. Parade or music are not so exhausting. A failure in the duell with staves can get you the death Cracked your skull.
    Tournament
  • A - Mounted Parade
  • B - Jousting
  • C - Fencing
  • D - Archery
  • E - Music
  • F - Falcony
  • G - None (can avoid the duell with Kevan)

Test manual
Substitute tests: Some tests appear only when a test has failed. For example if you fail the elegance test in week 7 a reflexes test appears.

Follow-up tests: Some tests appear only if a previous test was successful.

There is no manual, but the developer Hanako tells in the forum about the game mechanics:
A) There is no randomisation in the game at all - being able to plan with precision was part of the game design. Whether someone sends assassins after you or not is a direct result of knowable, changeable facts. So if they suddenly try to kill you when they didn't before, or if they STOP trying to kill you when they did before, that's because you changed something, and by investigating that you can learn more about the story.

B) In almost all cases the checks are at 10 points, and the skill texts you see in classes from reaching those 10-point intervals will give you an indication of what you've just learned. Some of those skills texts directly relate to encounters that will happen during the game.
The exception is wars, where the exact value of your military skills is often used to affect the big behind-the-scenes calculation of wins and losses. Otherwise, a 95 is no better than a 90.

C) There are different kinds of double skill checks. Some are "X + Y" in which case yes, they're added together and then checked against a value. There's also at least one "X & Y" where you must reach a certain value of X and a certain value of Y.

D) I should emphasize that there is not a single set path to win - there are many different builds that will work, and passing all checks is not possible. Every character will have to make some decisions about what's important to that run.
Taking classes
For the learning of skills through the classes taken, one should note that the current mood of Elodie is very important. Depending on the current mood you get a bonus or deductions. In a category all 3 individual skills must at least have a value of 25, so that a value can rise above 50.
If all three values of a category have reached 25 you get an additional outfit. If this outfit is worn is obtained on all 3 values a bonus of 10 for the tests. On the skill development this bonus has no effect.
The following guide describes well the effects of the individual moods and how you can influence them with the weekend activities.

Hi adorablerocket,
there I have no plans for big updates at the moment, but feel free to copy the infos. :D:
Adorablerocket 23 Mar, 2015 @ 10:57am
Will this helpful guide ever see updates? There are lots of blank values and many subplots and events not listed...

If this guide won't be updated could we copy over the info to another guide?

I started my own copy which has a little more info:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HU74b3o8mH7zsWF6jge-_014NxWzNsGutQnmZSnN8Us/edit#gid=1692037384

The first tab is spoiler free. The second tab is a copy but shows details on the specifics of the event that triggers the test, what it depends on and what it gives. The format might be a bit confusing...
Sase3119 8 Mar, 2015 @ 9:44pm
Ahh that would make sense. Thanks.
Marbur  [author] 8 Mar, 2015 @ 5:26am
I think you need 40 poison and the event only occurs when the snake bites someone. :testtube:
Sase3119 8 Mar, 2015 @ 5:17am
Week 4 I had 30 on poison but got no event - not sure if this is wrong choices or wrong value
Phauszzie 27 Sep, 2014 @ 10:25am
Can confirm week 6: climbing >= 30
as for week 39: Decoration >=50
and iirc week 12: BF meds+herbs >=40
