Two Skill Points Per Level w/ Useful Skill Dump

Beskrivning
Introduction
It's day one, so I'm a bit busy right now. You know them, you love them: skill points. This baby does what it says on the tin: it gives you more skill points and a dump skill for when you can't spend anymore to prevent those annoying end of turn popups.

Features
  • Two skill points per level on all characters. Max level is still 50. This means 98 skill points, rather than 49.
  • A skill dump with 150 levels to ensure you can't wind up with characters that can't spend their points.
  • An AI pointer to prevent the AI from wasting all its skill points on the dump skill.

Dump skill maximum bonus:
  • 100% health
  • 100% leadership aura size
  • 80% melee and missile damage
  • 60 armor
Note that the maximum bonus is on a different curve than the larger skill point mods due to the lower availability of skill points to waste on the dump skill.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with all mods that do not affect skill points or XP requirements for levels.
Save game compatible, but adding in the middle of a campaign will not add skill points retroactively, so don't ask.

Found the problem : there is a potential crash when spending points too fast - running the crash fix workshop mod fixed the problem.

Your mod is NOT to blame!

I have an issue with a level 32 Wight King. I am using no mods to alter the skill trees of characters in any way aside from your mod.

I have every skill except his 3 points in wound (and obviously the 2 points in mentor that require level 40/50).

If I click the skill dump again I get a crash.
