Script debug activator

Opis
This is a tool designed for script modders that activates the script logging within the base games script libraries.

Script outputs are sent to the Warhammer III game directory.

Tried to see what causes crashes, but my crashes are completely random and log doesnt icnlude anything to grab the thread. Helped me in past tho.
