HL1 VOX ANNOUNCER RESTORED

A mod of black tea's HL1 VOX that uses AI-upscaled audio from the HL1 FAR mod. Also includes BMS VOX.

/vox <string> will broadcast your message to everyone. You can also use 'speak' in console.
/voxlist or /voxhelp will bring you to a discussion page here, detailing all usable words and commands.

Only admins can VOX Broadcast in the server by default.

vox <text> Broadcast VOX.
vox_adminonly 0/1 Set VOX broadcast to admin only
vox_delay 1 Set VOX broadcast delay.
