The one Stone with the ? is the same stone with the number 3
Maybe it was a bug but i found this stone on two positions.

If you complete this quest you get as reward, a key for the graveyard dungeon

You have to bring the stones back to the city.

If you finished the game and play multiplayer you can do the following to take a shortcut:

You get an item to teleport from anywhere. If your buddy has the stone picked up, just teleport back to the city to deliver it.

I think the real place for the green stone is the ?. We also found it at 3. But I guess there was a bug that might got fixed in the meantime. So when we checked on a new savefile we found it at ?.

Thank you too P4wn4g3! afaik they are 12 and that one market with "?" on the map are the same as stone 3 , so total 13. but that one doesnt count,

I'm confused, that green rock didn't count? I could have sworn I counted 12. did you find 2 more? you only posted 1 in the thread.

@Acidr4in, the red one is number 8. The snail looking one should be number 1.

if you take a teammate with you and you have finish the Waterdungeon
Your Teammate can instand port back in the town with you and your stone.
