New Nate - Official SaveGame!

This sprawling concrete metropolis features five boroughs of glory: Grayson, Johnacious, Cheyenne, Lonshan, and Miagani. Each contain their own unique layout, architecture, density and style! Roughly based on New York City, New Nate features numerous features such as a fully-working subway (metro), bus, and ferry system, a plethora of skyscrapers, and various landmarks such as a university, seaport, airport, baseball stadium, and much more!

This city has been in the works for about three years, but I didn't work on it at all for an extended period of time. I originally started the city in 2019 and built a roads-only version, which also features all the transit networks, and you can download that version here. I stopped working on New Nate in January 2020 and didn't pick it up again until a whole two years later, in February 2022. Now, the city is complete and you can download it for yourself! But before you do that, read below.

To download New Nate, follow these steps:

1. Close your game and unsubscribe from all assets you're currently subscribed to.
   
2. Go to this page and click Subscribe!
   
3. Subscribe to all the assets in the New Nate collection.
   
4. After those are downloaded, open your game and navigate to Content Manager.
   
5. Go to Mods, and turn on all Mods.
   
6. Go to SaveGames, click on New Nate, and click on Subscribe All.
   
7. Once that's done, load New Nate!

New Nate is a massive city, containing over 1,300 assets, and at least 16 GB RAM is recommended (even then, you might have some lag, since I have 32 GB RAM and the city works fine). The city and savegame is proven to work, but there is no guarantee that the city will work on your computer, especially if you have a lower-end computer. You will need the listed DLCs, but if it still doesn't work, you may need the Snowfall and Natural Disasters DLC as well (not sure though).

However, with this save, you don't have to worry about performance, since the population when you load it is at zero! Yes, that's right, the city was deliberately made to have no population, increasing performance. If you want to have a population, you can fix the broken highway connections surrounding the city, and turn on the airport, train terminal and two cruise terminals located around the city, and the population will quickly rise.
