@Clabbaclop Slunderchuster check if you have original blue water enabled
This is not a compatch, this is a standalone mod, the only TOT submods working are the border submods

In other words, there should be no Europe outline with this mod

would be great, but seems to have a shadow outline of europe and africa across the atlantic which needs to be removed
