Beskrivning
A nicer Target ID HUD.

ConVars:
- ftgid
Enable it. default 1
- ftgid_show_ents
Show stuff other than players. default 1, set to 2 for everything
- ftgid_font_scale
Scale the HUD. default 1

- Shows armor.
- Shows team.
- Shows things other than players. (If you'd like.)
- Centers around the object you are targeting.
- Uses Bahnschrift.

Todo:
- Ability to change font.
