You gotta warm up. Move your gamer chair and pc to sauna, if you don't have one then you already can't become a movement god.

Second

heat up your sauna, take off your clothes and show everybody your sexy muscles.

Third

You wanna do your daily exercises in your steaming hot sauna.
Make sure you do everything in order.

Fourth

You gotta accept people who watch apex rule 34 and watch it yourself, to see some pathfinder's hot thighs. Trust me it is very hot.

Lastly
