This pack changes the game's backgrounds. It makes the clouds, skies and seas (in ocean backgrounds) more pale. I feel that it gives the game more of a realistic, yet medieval/fantasy tone, while also putting more emphasis on the terrain rather than the sky.

As for BoP, it will only have a conflict with the ocean backgrounds. If you'd like to have BoP's ocean backgrounds, but keep Brighter Skies' sky & cloud colors, then load this pack below BoP.

As for HD Scenery, I'd recommend loading this over it if you use them together. That way you'll get this pack's sky/background changes, but retain HD Scenery's rain/liquid changes.

Hace que los cielos se vean mas claros, se ve genial, aun que cuando juegas de noche, te deja ciego xd.
Es solo un elemento estético, lo recomiendo!! 👍

it should work seamlessly with any pack as long as you put it on top. it WILL override any ocean backgrounds, though

does this work with other texture packs like the calamity backgrounds?
