All missables that have distinct way to screw you over and make you lose it, have postmark with description what actually causes them to be lost.

Some statements that may be incorrect marked with "(?)" at the end of the statement. It means I am not sure. I will deal with this statements later.

• Burning ErdTree locks you out of few questlines and items (f.e. Brother Corhyn's questline or Shabriri questline (not sure))
  
• Better collect every missable you want BEFORE killing Maliketh, The Black Blade. It is important.
  
• There is a lot of NPC invaders who will STOP spawn when you kill regional bosses. I recommend killing those asap, so you won't learn hard way what bosses killed causes them to spawn.
  
• Missables often connect 2 different regions, I mentioned missables in EXACT region where they can be found, so actual quest may be in different region.
  
• Some missables require to progress sidequests before you can land your hands on it.
  
• Leyndell is the biggest pain in the ass...
  
• Looks like Kenneth Haight, Nepheli Loux, Witch-Hunter Jerren, Patches, Tanith and maybe Rya, will have continuations of their questlines in near future. (speculation)
