Fixed "Thunderclap" Radio Conversation

Popis
Adds background sound effects to the "Thunderclap" radio conversation in Surface Tension.

My own take on Drunk Headcrab's Radio Fix except this one puts gunfire noise in the background of Thunderclap One's transmissions instead of helicopter noise. This is because according to the game's soundscripts, Thunderclap is the HECU designation for artillery teams.

The additional soldier chatter in Echo Five-Yankee's transmissions is from Underhell and Insurgency.
