After spending countless hours trying to find mods for this game after about a decade of link rot, I've only found about one place that still has the majority of the mods for Cities in Motion.

If you find any more sites, I may add them.

I only really cared about the 2x capacity, and vehicle realism mods, so there is probably more out there if you search hard enough.

Transport-Games.ru has a TON of mods as well!
