Get more space on your screen.

Well, I think it was bigger than it should have been, the main priority was to stick to the original hud, optimize its size, add a few fixes and improvements. Works best with 1920x1080 and higher resolutions.

To change the ping icon, minimize your game once and return to the game, but this may not work in windowed borderless screen mode. This reduction is for survivor panels only, custom health bars are not compatible.

Known bugs
In split screen, survivor panels disappear after a while due to custom crosshair support, sadly I had to give up the other for one to work properly, this is a bug that I'm aware of but cannot fix.
