Now that Square's curse is not haunting this game anymore, I think if a remake would be good. Usually I prefer original games, but I'm not against modernising classics as long as their stories are intact. Of course, mentioning facts from prequels wouldn't hurt, like Yakuza Kiwami (Yakuza 1 Remake) mentioning Yakuza 0.
