the language hjorians use in this game is like a font, so here's a thing I made while playing which translates each character into english. sorry for the low quality images they're all just really zoomed in screenshots
also it might be more fun to decrypt it yourself

top left are the letters with accents over them, there might be more but those two are all i know of
(sorry the images are so jank theyre zoomed in screenshots)

Tortuah Õ is the upside down one apparently. It's shows up in the map DOME ÖÖKRON, but the final name used doesn't use Õ at all. I'm pulling this from the wiki, so I don't know how accurate this information is.

I found a letter that looks like the ö but upside down, if that means anything for this-
