I'm the original author of the addon. I highly suggest that for your own server, THIS VERSION IS NOT USED.
It contains many weight paint issues, UV-mapping anomalies and code anomalies (such as female 03/07 not having properly set eyeglasses to the point where it clips straight into their skull). This is a very outdated and flawed version of my citizen model pack!!! I created it when I was very new to 3D modelling and was more focused on adding "everything absolutely possible" than what actually looked decent.
