Beskrivning
What is the Portraits Decoration?
This mod adds a border and a thematica background to all portraits in the game as show in the picture bellow. This mod is one more piece I am moving out of my GUI Beautification mod and improving it a bit, I hope you guys enjoy, here is a preview of the result:

I have this mod running, but I don't have that file at
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2777851059\gui\preload.

I only have file textformatting.gui. It looks like I might be able to make the titles and other things more readable by making edits in there maybe.

I have found a feasible method for the gray colored text in 'Memories'; "..\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2777851059\gui\preload\titleformatting.gui" Delete the 'title formatting. gui' file directly

In localization, culture_titles_l_english.yml missing lines;

-Nomadic Tiers lines missing
-Turkish Nomadic titles missing
-Herder titles missing

I edited for myself like mod creator style and it seems names fixed for nomads.

Yeah this is going to need an update.
Also please fix the baron character name bug.

The title name problem is still here, it's also now affecting some rulers with the nomadic government. Update if you can pls.

for some reason the mod contains an out of date "culture_titles_l_english.yml" file and it breaks the localization of some titles, unlanded and baron titles

Ok, the baron republic character name error is still here :(
I think that still needs to be fixed.
