This small T1 base's main purpose is to repair CV, and more specifically the Stellar Whale CV.
Just slam the nose of the CV into the T2 Repair bay in the center of the arm.

For maximum solar power efficiency you need to face the sun when spawning the blueprint.

Its current CPU Tiers doesn't allow to add a teleporter.
