Владимир Путин, вскоре после неудачно сложившихся обстоятельств в ходе специальной операции на Донбассе, объявил всех людей России врагами народа. Выйдя из-за опасности восстания из своего тайного бункера на Ямантау, Владимир попал в уничтоженную войсками НАТО Уфу. В разрушенном некогда великом городе он будет пытаться выжить, собирая осколки былой мощи, чтобы восстановить некогда великий Союз Советских Социалистических Республик.

Having left his secret bunker on Yamantau because of the danger of an uprising, Vladimir ended up in Ufa destroyed by NATO troops. In the destroyed once great city, he will try to survive, collecting fragments of former power in order to restore the once great Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
