Personality Tooltips (Obsolete)

Obsolete: Implemented in vanilla as of 1.9 :)

Adds tooltips to AI personality traits. Also adds a new AI personality trait label, "ascetic", for characters with very low greed. This is because the vanilla game reuses the label "content" for characters with both low and very low greed, which I assume is a bug. Does not affect any actual game mechanics. Just adds some new tooltips.

Not achievement-compatible.

There's currently one annoying bug but it only affects characters with one personality trait instead of two. Please see the "single word issue" forum post about it below if you think you might know how to solve it.
