Preface
This game contains 8 achievements total, 4 of which are hidden. The first four are for for beating each normal level, and the last four are for beating each level again in Mirror Mode.

Fun Fact: If you'll notice, each achievement is made of binary code. Translated to decimal, the first four say 140-1, 140-2, 140-3, and 140-4. The other four are exactly the same, but they're reversed, so they don't translate well. Just imagine they say 1-041, 2-041, 3-041, and 4-041 respectively.
Regular Mode
The main game is comprised of three levels, with one achievement for beating each. There was also a fourth level added after release, which has its own achievement.

10001100-01: Complete the first stage

10001100-10: Complete the second stage

10001100-11: Complete the game

10001100-100: Complete the fourth stage
Mirror Mode (Hidden)
Once you beat the game, you can enter a hidden Mirror Mode, with another achievement for each level. To enter Mirror Mode, get to the hub world, ignore the main levels you just beat, and head to the right of the gate. You will find new levels, identical to the main ones, but mirrored. That means where you went right, you now have to go left. In addition, if you die even once, you get sent back to the hub world and you have to start the level over from start. Good luck!

10-00110001: Complete the first mirror stage

01-00110001: Complete the second mirror stage

11-00110001: Complete the third mirror stage

001-00110001: Complete the fourth mirror stage

If you are still wondering after two years, the mirror achievements are hidden achievements. You can see them if you go to global achievements.

I know, I was doing a direct translation.

Also, I mentioned in the preface that a more appropriate translation would be 1-041, 2-041, and 3-041. You can get that by mirroring the decimal string.

Actually, the mirror achievment names are the names of the regular achievements backwards, and those translate to 140-1, 140-2, and 140-3. The mirror effect ruins the translations, but if you do the steps backwards (mirror then translate back to decimal, in that order) they're still there.

If anyone wondered, the mirror acheivements translate literally to
2-49, 1-49, and 3-49 repectively.

Huh, I just Googled it and fair enough. Although people have been using it that way since the 18th century, is it really worth bringing up? It just seems painfully pedantic.
