New jobs

The Boatswain : Second to the captain. Has a custom talent tree.
The Commissar : Head of Security. Has the same talent tree as a Security Officer
The Quartermaster : Head of Maintenance. Has a custom talent tree.
The Medical Officer : Head of Medical. Has the same talent tree as a Medical Doctor.

New uniforms

Each class has a custom uniform. Their stats are balanced around vanilla.

Override of the jobs

Everyjob now as a single item set. Each class start with the custom uniforms, and there is no limitation on the number of security officers or medics. Commanding officers (the 4 custom jobs + the captain) are limited to one each.
