Drop the mod *.pak files into "\steamapps\common\IntoTheRadius\IntoTheRadius\Content\Paks" folder. Mod files should end with “_P” (case sensitive) and have “pak” extension.

ITR is actually a mod for the DetroitVR main game. Everything you see in the game, from the roadways and the bent or nonexistent power lines and poles to the polluted air and dilapidated buildings and even the guns and oh-so-chummy residents, is modeled true-blue after the great landmass that is Detroit.
