The TF2 Version Of Heavy Lifter is now Colorable in Gmod.
This Reskins the Heavy Lifter in Gmod so it works with the Tf2 Hat Painter and Crits Glow Tool

Q&A:
Q: What does this do?
A: It Replaces the Textures of Heavy Lifter so it can work with the Hat Painter

Q: Why is it not in the addon Spawnlist?
A: Thats because this is is just replaceing a Material File For the Heavy Lifter

Q: Why is it not in Tf2?
A: Heavy Lifter did not have Paintability in Tf2.

Q: Why is it not Paintable in Tf2?
A: If it was paintable. it could cause Team Confusion to the Players.

Yea. it replaces the texture on the team colored parts so you can color it with the Hat painter.
