How to skip them

Inorder to skip the cutscenes you press:
-Tab on Keyboard
-Start (or it's equivalent) on controller

Other Notes

It should be noted that this is the same button you press to access your inventory (the stuff you collect), so keep that in mind. This is the same as the GameCube original.

Why did I make this

I am making this since reviews keep on saying you can't skip them when you can. Seeing this on the more recent reviews was pretty annoying since it simply wasn't true, so this guide had to be made.

Thank you. The cut scenes were driving me nuts and I was about to force quit to leave a negative review of it just because of the seemingly-unskippable cut scenes, then I found your post and have finally been able to drill some levels.

I cannot skip any cutscene on a gamepad until I click LMB a few times for some unknown reason.

I am using a controller and I usually need to click on the Mr. Driller game window before it will accept the start button input from my controller to skip the intro cut scene. I hope this help others who were still having issues with this :)
