Thanks for the kind words and don't lose heart! The beauty of these games is that anyone can "get good", it takes some doing but it's very fulfilling when you become the one to smack the bosses around. Persevere, experiment and find what works for you.

(for the record, it took me over 20 lives before I beat this guy for the first time and even longer to get a decent time)

I´m always amazed when watching experienced players how easy they make those fights look always knowing what the enemy is going to do next and perfectly dodging. Meanwhile I as a total newbie to the souls games get smacked all the time lol and feel like I can´t evade the attacks of the bosses. I guess I need to play a long time and die a thousands deaths until I have the experience to rock like this.

Kudos to you for the great fight. It´s very inspiring and helpful for me to watch it.
