Don't forget to take a break for at least 10~15 minutes after 2 long games.

You'll benefit greatly from taking breaks regularly:

You'll be less toxic,
You can replenish your energy and concentration during this break by eating some sugar and drinking some water,
And you can relieve / reduce the strain on your eyes.

How to take a break?

Don't start a new match. Close CS 2!
Don't look at your smartphone, this way you eyes can rest during your break.
Drink something and maybe eat a small snack (apple, chocolate, ...).
If you really can't take a break, start smoking. Your body will start to crave cigarettes periodically!
