How do people use their pouch items? Default needs you to take hand off mouse to press the direction arrow as left hand is holding down E

Jump=ALT Crouch=X Movement CTRL=CTRL!! My hands never feel cramped or awkward, I'm pretty sure this is just the standard DS layout. Your left hand should never have to extend or leave WASD, except in the case when you crouch and you're not in battle or even in any danger yet when you begin crouching.

I have jump on spacebar, switch sorceries/inc. on Q, switch left and right armaments in 1 and 2, dodge on RMB, R1 on LMB, L1 on Mouse Button 4 and Ashes of War in Mouse Button 5.
Lock-on is in scroll wheel down and use item is in R, interact with E.
I found a bit awkward to get used to it at first, but it sounded the most optimal. Now that I'm used to dodging on RMB and jumping on space in Elden Ring, I do think it's the most optimal setting I've found.

I have jump on tab, so I can move both left and right while doing it.

My problem with F as the only way to jump is that it makes it awkward to jump while moving to the right. Haven't settled on a workaround for that but with PC games isn't the spacebar usually jump?

I have a logitech G600 mouse with 20 buttons, which includes a RING FINGER button. That is great. The ring finger button is great for L2 (ashes of war) since you can hold it down without it affecting the use of your other fingers.

Yeah, the game forces camera to move in the direction character is walking. So when you walk in one direction and try to look in another, it may feel weird or cause "stuttering".

Nice settings, tried some different settings too, but this works for me. Only problem is, that the camera feels super weird with mouse sometimes (mostly when u walk in one direction but facing camera to another direction). Makes me kinda sea sick. Someone has the same problem?
