In the demo for Who's Lila? there was an achievement called NO RETURN that doesn't appear in the main game. To trigger it, you just hover your mouse on the fridge. It doesn't trigger an achievement in the main game but the noises are still present.

Dead dogs are referenced throughout the game and it seems like Strupnev was a butcher of sorts since if you get caught by him, similar audio plays. As for what a dead dog might be doing in Will's fridge... the Tower ending seems to imply that Lila was making Will kill dogs for her to feed off of

First of all thx, without it i wouldnt have found it xD. Can you explain me what a weird Easter Egg it is or why its their? I mean what the reason/meaning of it?
