First type this command in

sv_cheats 1

To open the demo menu type this command

demoui

Changing FOV in Demos
To change the FOV in a demo use this command

fov_cs_debug 107

(Note the larger the number the more harsh the FOV becomes.)

If you want to only show death notices and the crosshair insert this command.

Changing Sky Boxes
These commands will allow you to change the look of the sky box to a different maps sky box, chose the map you want then insert the command into the console
