Just a small abandoned mining town, close to the coast.

Good for building, roleplay or whatever else you wish!

-Includes Nav mesh/nodes
-Includes basic support for zombie survival mode (Npc zombies, zombie/human spawn points, props for barricading)

Originally made for Map Labs eyecandy competition, cleaned up slightly and opened up/removed clips, to work in gmod.



Warning: Requires Half-Life 2 Ep2 to be installed, and mounted to gmod, otherwise you may see errors/missing textures
