Open the folder "CZERO"

STEP 2

Click on the file "BotCampaignProfile"

STEP 3

Use Notepad to open that.

STEP 4

Change the capability value of BOT. You can either change it in the way shown in the picture or just copy the value of the powerful BOT to change the rookies' ability.

STEP 5

Now Stanley is a king.

Smokes are for betas. Only two flashes. Never anything else.

Why? This just makes the game less challenging. I thought it was incredibly fun although admittedly it was also insanely frustrating to beat the campaign on the hardest difficulty.
