Kuvaus
Wild safehouses will allow players to claim a safehouse with out needing an existing building!

Ever wanted to build a base out in the woods? Perhaps a farm, restaurant or a medical clinic of your own design? All you need to do is find somewhere with enough open space and you can lay claim to your own lil' piece of Kentucky!

Wild safehouses are generally larger than a pre-built house, 31 x 31 tiles to be exact! 15 tiles in each direction from where you are standing when you stake your claim!
These are default values, server admins can set any size they wish in the sandbox variables available in the admin menu

With great power comes.... well some rules:

- You can not claim near an existing safehouse! there is a buffer between safehouses, the default is five tiles.
- A safehouse can not be setup on any road type tile. Concrete, ashphalt and gravel tiles will block a new safehouse, this is so roads do not end up being blocked. (new sandbox variable to allow this!)
- A safehouse can also not be placed on an existing building of any kind.

The multiple safehouses feature was found to be buggy and unreliable, so unfortunately it was removed.
The vanilla claiming system is not changed either. Inside existing buildings will work as normal, including being limited to only one safehouse.


This mod is SAFE to remove mid game as it only effects menus. No blocks, textures or items of any kind are added.

Hey! Thanks for this amazing mod, me and my friend just build a mansion out of nothing.
Little thing we could ask, is there a way to make the "Basement" mod work with yours? It doesnt seem to recognize it as a SafeHouse...

After installing this every time my server restarts all the safehouses in the game are removed, all claims removed, including vehicles. Any idea? Conflict with vehicle claim mod?

So basecly, i can construct a building in the midle of nowhere, and claim it as my safehouse, it basecly means players can now construct there own safehouses?

@branchasdes: I don't think there is a safehouse mechanic in single player, so I doubt this would work in single player mode.

@psychonurse: Wild Safehouses is meant to allow placing a safehouse away from other buildings, in the 'Wild' as it were. to claim a building the usual safehouse mechanics will apply normally.

You need to be out away from other buildings and roads, as long as there are no other existing buildings or roads nearby you should be able to claim a safehouse, could be in a forest, or open field even farm land.
