Im lokking for something modern and this type Siemens tram is also running in San diego.

You can edit the speed of the vehicle in the game. Besides 25mph seems to be the max speed of a four lane road. So it is probably not the vehicle problem.
Try TMPE to remove the speed limit on the tram lane. If that does not work, you can subscribe to this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1560202570 which has tram tracks with higher speed limits or change the max possible speed of a specific road using asset editor.
Either have $$$ or quit pestering the community, please, it's quite annoying.
Or learn how to make your own assets.
