Updated for Remake 4.0.
Because of the new subfactions added, I simply doubled the Population Capacity then subtracted by 1.

This means that there are some factions with different Unit Cap than others, but the main 3 factions have the same Unit Cap value.

This is a submod, requires the following to run:

To Run the Submod:

Go To Steam Library
Right Click On Game
Go to Properties
Set Launch Options and add the text below

Thanks a lot Dingus. That worked! I had to change it in the 2794270450 folder instead, though, since I use the Clone Wars Holdout submod.

This mod works but its better to learn how to do it yourself to customize the fleet size to your PC.

F:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\32470\1770851727\Data\Xml

Open the FACTIONS xml and search tactical_unit_cap. change the value to whatever you want its save game compatible doing it this way. you just have to do it with all the listed factions as they all have their own fleet sizes.
