Video/Graphics Settings
1. Go to video, and set "Model / Texture" to low.
2. Effect Detail to high.
3. Shader Detail from medium to very high.
This shouldn't affect FPS too much.
Since this game runs more on CPU and not Graphics, then you should be good if you have a decent CPU.
This also means that setting your game to lower resolution may improve your FPS if these settings worsen your performance!
