Retro VG Mix Music Pack

Was originally gonna be an Final Fantasy centric music pack. But then I noticed a few other people have already done that. So going by an old music pack I did way way back (talking 1.1.3), I've decided to throw in several other chiptune bgms from other games that fit the situation. With a bonus of 16/32 bit music when you enable the otherworld soundtrack.
